The Dragons are all created by a Namekian of the Dragon family. Each dragon can grant wishes, but each has a different amount of power and different amount of time for the dragonballs to reappear.
Original Shenron
Shenron was created by Kami, this dragon has the power to grant only one wish and its power may only revive people that have died of unatural causes and can only do it once.
Wishes made by Shenron:
1. Oolong to get some panties (stole Pilafs wish).
2. To revive Krillin and Chiotzu.
3. To melt the ice at Zulumzubri Heights.
4. Garlic Jr to make himself immortal.
5. To wish Goku back to Earth after dying first time.
6. To revive all those killed by Frieza (only those killed within 1 year).
7. To revive Tien and Yamcha
Porunga
Porunga is a large Dragon and is the original of the Dragon family. Porunga was created by the eldest namek named Guru. This dragon has the power to revive people more than once and can grant up to three wishes. Though Porunga has a very small tollerance level. The dragonballs to summon Porunga return every 130 days after the wish (Namekian Year) and needs a password to summon him, which must be said in Namekian.
Wishes made by Porunga
1. 1st wish - Re-incarnate Piccolo
2nd wish - Move Piccolo to Namek
3rd Wish - They dont get to make it as Guru dies but then they wish for all those killed by Frieza so indirectly Guru comes back to life and they move every one except Goku and Frieza to Earth.
2. 1st wish - Re-incarnate chiotzu
2nd wish - Move Krillin to Earth's checkin station
3rd wish - Revive Krillin
3. Find a new home for Namekians
Earths Second Dragon (Shenron replica)
This Dragon is an exact replica of Kami's Shenron except its made by Dende as Kami fused with Piccolo. This dragon has the power to grant two wishes.
Wishes made by Shenron Replica:
1. Wish 1 -Revive all those killed by Cell
Wish 2 -Remove explosives from the Androids' bodies.
Evil Shenron
This Dragon is red and looks similar to Shenron. This is a forbidden dragon created by Kami before he seperated into Piccolo and Kami a long time ago. These dragonballs are hidden inside Kami's lookout. Evil Shenron has the power to grant one wish but any wish. Once the wish is made it can only be undone by making the wish at the same place at the same time exactly 1 year after the balls were released. Plus these balls must be returned or the planet these wishes were made on will go boom.
Wishes made by Evil Shenron:
1. The first wish is funny as it was not meant to be and was an accident. As Pilaf summons the dragon and whilst having an argument with a clueless Goku he says (accidently) "I wish you were a kid because I kicked your ass when you were a kid" and like that Goku was turned into a child and Dragonball GT starts.
2. Second was to return Goku to normal.
